Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Delhivery / DTDC courier only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays) or as per the dispatch date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery time varies from 3 to 10 days (after dispatch) depending on the location and courier chosen.

ENAMEL CHARMS INDIA is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within stipulated time. Delivery of all orders will be done to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
