Return & Refund Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed. If you choose to cancel at the time of delivery, a return to origin charge plus a convenience of ₹30 will be deducted from the original order value, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

ENAMEL CHARMS INDIA is not responsible for return of parcel due to non-availability of the customer / incomplete address / wrong contact number. Re-dispatch will be done only after payment of return to origin charges levied by courier partner.
