Return & Refund Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed. If you choose to cancel at the time of delivery or parcel is returned back due to unavailability of customer, a return to origin charge plus a convenience of ₹30 will be deducted from the original order value, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

ENAMEL CHARMS INDIA (Legal Entity Name - Vadakattu Sai Keerthi) is not responsible for return of parcel due to non-availability of the customer / incomplete address / wrong contact number. Re-dispatch will be done only after payment of return to origin charges levied by courier partner.
